credits according to the payment, after one of the music selection keys has been
pressed. Price may be linear or gradient.
QUEUE SONG
It lets you set a number and
name of buttons for different music genres. It also sets the names of subdirectories
in the Music folder on drive C: (i.e.
C:\Music\….)
The
last button is Top Chart 25 (where 25
stands for the number of songs on the chart; the number is optional).
The
number of music genres may vary between 7 and 13.

The example of seven buttons:
The
example of thirteen buttons:
In a 7 button mode, there is clip
art (btn1.bmp, btn2.bmp … btn7.bmp) which can be used as buttons from 1 to 7
(left to right)!
Clip
art may be found in C:\Program files\SEKOM\Jukebox.
RANDOM PLAY This lets you set a
random play when jukebox is in a standby mode. Playlists of songs from folder C:/Music can be created.
Start interval is the time from the end of the last paid song to the
start of a new (unpaid) one. PlayToPlay
interval is a pause
between the songs in random play.
VISUALIZATIONS
It lets you turn visualization ON or OFF. Visualization is turned on
after 15 seconds of playback if no other button has been pressed during this
time. Windows Media Player Visualization is used; it can be chosen in Windows
Media Player.
USB TOOL It lets you to choose a USB
drive to upload music. Insert a USB Flash Drive before running Setup (otherwise it won't be visible!).
Check Windows Explorer to find out the drive assigned to your USB Flash Drive.
It is usually assigned the last letter (i.e. drive) on the list. Choose the
drive and click OK. A music directory structure identical to the one on drive
C: will be created on the flash drive. A BOOKKEEPING
directory will be also created. If a computer requires a reboot, confirm it by
clicking NOW, so that new registers
may be added to registry (i.e. they will turn off the Autorun function and USB check which can be annoying). If an
error is reported follow the instructions on:
http://www.jukeboxkit.com/help/AutoPlayOFF.html

BOOKKEEPING It
shows payments and the number of credits.
Export PlayList – it exports a list of songs
played according to
the number of playbacks within a month.
A PlayList, cumulative counter and periodic counter are copied to USB Flash
Drive into the BOOKKEEPING directory as follows:
Counters : BOOKKEEPING\Jukebox ID\counters.txt
PlayList
: BOOKKEEPING\play_list_month_year.txt
VIEW LOG It lets you view a corrupt and
deleted files log.
The software deletes all the files
which cannot be played due to a damage or error. They are reported in a log
which can be found in C:\Program
Files\SEKOM\Jukebox\errorlog.txt
PASSWORD It lets you set a new setup password.
When the JUKEBOX software is launched, a mouse is disabled, because the
songs can be chosen with the keys connected to USB interface.
To close the JUKEBOX software click ALT-F4!
Music upload:
Music is
stored into C:/Music/….
Music can
be uploaded directly from a CD or a hard drive into the folder C:\Music\.....
Upload from
a USB Flash Drive is done automatically without a keyboard and mouse while the
JUKEBOX software is running. When a USB Flash Drive is inserted the software
recognizes a new drive and it searches for new folders and music files which
are then copied into C:\Music.
If there
are no music directories on the drive, the Jukebox software creates them
automatically and therefore prepares it for music upload.
The
example of music upload from USB Flash Drive (assigned to E:/)
To add the
song Sexy body.mp3 by Colonia to a
genre Hrvatska (Croatian) do as follows:
1. Create a
new folder Colonia on your USB Flash
Drive in E:/Music/Croatian and copy
the file Sexy body.mp3 into the
folder --> E:\Music\Croatian\Colonia\Sexy
body.mp3
2. Insert
the USB Flash Drive while the JUKEBOX software is running. The contents of the
USB Flash Drive will be automatically copied to the hard drive
E:/Music/Croatian/Colonia/Sexy body.mp3
--> C:/Music/Croatian/Colonia/Sexybody.mp3
To avoid
errors, disable Windows AutoPlay feature. See:
http://www.jukeboxkit.com/help/AutoPlayOFF.html
The
software plays MP3 and video files. It plays all the files which can be played
by Windows Media Player. 1024x768 display resolution is used.
Unknown or
corrupted files are deleted and reported in log.txt file to prevent the
player's shutdown.
